Our Story
181 Seconds
我做事都是三分钟热度,
可你是我的181秒。
Three minutes is 180 seconds.
But sometimes, one extra second is the difference between a passing moment and a memory worth keeping.
181 Seconds was founded by Danny Hu (胡晨嘉), a high school student from Auckland, New Zealand, with a passion for storytelling, creativity, and the small moments that bring people closer together.
Growing up between Chinese and New Zealand cultures, Danny found inspiration in the emotional storytelling, meaningful relationships, and unforgettable, nostalgic moments portrayed in Chinese dramas (C-Dramas). He wanted to create something that could bring those feelings into everyday life — not just through words, but through thoughtful gifts and flowers.
The idea behind 181 Seconds came from a simple phrase:
「我对你不是三分钟热度。」
Three minutes represents 180 seconds. The extra second represents choosing to care a little more, create a little more, and stay a little longer for the people and moments that truly matter.
At 181 Seconds, we believe flowers are more than just flowers. They are a way to express feelings that words sometimes cannot capture — a birthday wish, a heartfelt thank you, a celebration, or a memory someone wants to hold onto.
Inspired by Chinese storytelling and modern floral aesthetics, we create bilingual floral gifts designed to carry emotions, stories, and meaning.
Because every special moment deserves its own 181st second.
